Equally passionate about the people behind the scenes, Monica has led, hired, and mentored EA teams—and has recruited Executive Assistants for companies like Facebook and Sequoia. She shows up with heart and a deep commitment to helping people succeed.

Outside of work, Monica loves stand-up comedy and traveling. She enjoys learning about local traditions, sharing meals, and connecting with people wherever she goes. She has a wonderful son who lives in NYC and three spirited dogs who are convinced every day is a party (and may occasionally crash a Zoom meeting).
